The hotel is in a perfect location, near the Opera and surrounded by nice restaurants and public transport options. The rooms are clean and adequately equipped, though a bit tight. The service is friendly and helpful with English-speaking staff. The dining options are basic but sufficient for a quick stay.
Rooms

The rooms were quite small but entirely adequate and clean. Don't expect a lot of room to move around, but for the price, it's perfectly good enough.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location was convenient, near the train station and other tourist attractions. However, the dining options were not the best, with limited choices available. The service was exceptional, and the staff were always very helpful.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well-maintained and nicely decorated, but quite small, making it a bit tight to move around especially near the bed. Being close to the breakfast room meant early wake-up calls each morning, which was a downside. The desk in the room was tiny, barely fitting my computer, so not the best setup even for a brief work session.

I was impressed by the spot-on service, especially Andry who was friendly, had excellent English skills, and provided great tourist information and dining recommendations. The whole staff from Front Desk to housekeeping was beyond great, making me feel welcome and well taken care of during my stay.
Location

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a minute walk from the metro station and close to the historical center. Being 5 minutes away from the railway station also made it easy to explore other cities and get to the airport. The central position in Rome made it ideal for easy access to various tourist sites, with friendly and helpful staff in the vicinity.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was a mix. While there were no bacon and eggs, the breakfast offered a variety of choices like bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, and pastries. However, the coffee was disappointing. It did provide some savings as dining in Rome can be expensive.
Facilities

The hotel offered the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay, with no standout features but met all basic requirements adequately.
